Pool Band Requirements

Last year most everyone received a red band and was able to purchase a second entry band. Most members received 6 green bands last year as well.

This year everyone will receive no more that 8 green bands total. This means if you received 6 green bands last year then you will receive 2 more green bands to get you to 8.

Every member of each family, including guests must have red and green bands although they do not have to be worn, only shown to the monitor when requested.

The breakdown...
1) Red Band - ages 16+ Member
8) Green Band - additional family members and guests
*This means you have can have a total of 9 members and guests at one time.

If you purchase a second red band then you can have a total of 10 members and guests at one time.

If you do not have green bands then we will have them available all season at the pool entrance. If you need to purchase a second red band or replace lost bands you can email robbinsbrookhoa@gmail.com and we will arrange a delivery or.

You may also purchase bands directly from the Pool Monitor when on duty.

No Soliciting!

Hey Robbins Brook! This seems to be a hot topic this week and we thought it would be best to address Robbins Brook's No Soliciting policy around the biggest time of the year for solicitors. Many companies are hiring college students this time of year to go door-to-door selling services. Most of these people are not aware that our neighborhoods has a No Soliciting policy. Unfortunately, many of our homeowners are also unaware of this policy. So how do we reduce and maybe stop the door-to-door solicitor? Here are a few helpful tips. Don't answer the door. This is hard for some because we are curious by nature. If you open the door it gives the solicitor hope of a sale or signature. This also provides them the motivation to try the next house even if you say no. If you are caught outside with this solicitor, kindly ask them to leave and then ignore them.
