Robbins Brook HOA, Audit Update

Just an update............ spoke with AMG and the auditor. Criteria for shutter and mildew/mold violations will be reviewed this week with the auditor. Once his next inspection is completed, the neighborhood will receive a generic notice allowing time to come in compliance. If not in compliance by the given time-frame, notices will be sent individually to homeowners not compliant.   Being a new process put in place to maintain curb appeal and uphold Covenant Article VIII Section 2, all the kinks haven’t been worked out yet.  We are working diligently to clear the confusion as to why notices were sent to some homes that shouldn’t have received a notice.  Please be patient with us and understand it’s a continued effort to at least sustain or increase property values.   Thanks,  Ryan W.
