Robbins Brook Pool Opening

Image
Robbins Brook HomeOwners Association We have a surprise! The Pool will open Friday, July 10th with restrictions. by Robbins Brook HOA on July 9th It is with great excitement but much caution that Robbins Brook’s Board of Directors have decided to open the pool for a trial run from July 10th at 10am to the 12th at 8pm. A determination will be made soon afterwards on moving to a week-to-week schedule with reduced hours.  Although the state is still in Phase 2 of reopening we believe that if managed safely Robbins Brook Pool can open for the season. This will take a combined effort of the entire neighborhood to ensure that we follow the list of rules and guidelines put in place by the State and Robbins Brook HOA Board of Directors. All residents must be in good standings with their dues in order to swim. If your access has been denied due to non payment, an activation fee will apply. Robbins Brook HOA, Audit Update

Just an update............ spoke with AMG and the auditor. Criteria for shutter and mildew/mold violations will be reviewed this week with the auditor. Once his next inspection is completed, the neighborhood will receive a generic notice allowing time to come in compliance. If not in compliance by the given time-frame, notices will be sent individually to homeowners not compliant.   Being a new process put in place to maintain curb appeal and uphold Covenant Article VIII Section 2, all the kinks haven’t been worked out yet.  We are working diligently to clear the confusion as to why notices were sent to some homes that shouldn’t have received a notice.  Please be patient with us and understand it’s a continued effort to at least sustain or increase property values.   Thanks,  Ryan W. Treasurer Robbins Brook Home Owner's Association
